Protect your little one from RSV this winter
2 April 2024
Western Australian parents of eligible babies can now access immunisation to protect their child from respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) this winter season.
Every year, more than 1,000 babies are admitted to hospital with RSV.
RSV is common in the cooler months, spreads easily and affects the lungs and breathing passages.
It can make babies very sick and cause other illnesses such as pneumonia and bronchiolitis.
Protect your little one now this winter.
